What will You be Doing? 

  • You will be providing person centred services to our participants in their home or in the community.
  • Personal care

  • Medication Administration 

  • Assist Participants to appointments.

  • Encouraging participants to reach their goals

  • Complete the appropriate documents and reports daily.

  • Implement Behaviour support plans and Participant Support Plans.

  • Day to Day Companionship

  • Mentoring

What Requirements do I need?

  • Minimum of Certificate 3 in Individual Support ,equivalent or higher qualifications.

  • Current First Aid and CPR

  • Paid and Current Working with Children’s Check

  • Current Police Check

  • NDIS Worker’s Screening Check

  • Current Driver’s License

  • Comprehensive Insurance on your vehicle.
