Hunter Independent Coordination & Support Services (HICSS) is an NDIS registered Hunter Valley provider, with a passion for providing person-centred care, flexibility, choice and control tailored to meet your goals in a fun and unique way.
We have a growing team of caring staff to meet our increased participant numbers. We are fortunate to have a team Coordinators of Supports who can be flexible and give you the face to face time you require. Clients get regular updates on the progress of the task you require – you are able to contact your Coordinator to their direct phones during business hours.
We allocate a small team of fully qualified staff to each client to keep the participant with consistent support and familiar faces. Our team members have a minimum of a Certificate 3 in Disabilities, through to Diploma in Community Services.
